Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: Curtis Chambers AMSAM-AC-DL-AC, Curtis Chambers, Contract Specialist, via email curtis.chambers1@conus.army.mil or facsimile 256-955-9220 Solicitation Number: W58RGZ-08-R-0576 Set Aside Code: 1 Small Business Set-Aside Response Date: (MM) (DD) (YYYY) 45 days Description: PRON: AX8C0222AX The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) a quantity of 100 each minimum to 220 each maximum of a HOUSING, SERVOCYLIND, NSN: 1650-01-119-7354, Part Number: 145H6701-2 applicable to the BK-CH-47 (CHINOOK). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 100 each, 2nd Year, 30 each, 3rd Year, 30 each, 4th Year, 30 each, and 5th Year, 30 each. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. 75507-5000. The required delivery when First Article (FA) requirements are applicable is 100 each 420 days after contract award (DACA). The required delivery without First Article Testing is 100 each 280 days DACA. This item is restricted to TransAero Inc., Cage Code 27541 and Triumph Actuation Systems-Connecticut LLC, Cage Code 33068. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
