- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336413, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The U.S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, requires twenty-eight KA-39 power converters. Specifications are: power converter, KA-39, converter 28V to 14V, weight 1.2 lbs/0.54 kg, power required 28 vdc – 0.5a max 26 VAC 400Hz – 3.0 va max. Place of delivery is SOFSA, ATTN: SEG MH-60M-TAPO, Bldg 195, DODAAC H92247, 5749 Briar Hill Road, Lexington, KY 40516-9723, FOB destination. Responses to this notice are due by 16 June 2009 (4:00PMest) to: bobbi.forbes@us.army.mil via e-mail. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07, effective 02 Feb 06.
