Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of a DISPOSABLE LATEX GLOVE (MEDICAL GRADE), identified as National Stock Number 8415-01-434-1781under a Standing Quote Agreement. Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of this NSN. Offerors must meet the conditions listed in the solicitation and award will be made based on the lowest evaluated price, technically acceptable offer. Please forward printed specifications of the item you are offering along with your quote. A sample may be requested to be delivered overnight. IF THE OFFEROR IS NOT THE MANUFACTURER, a commitment letter is required from both the offeror and from the manufacturer as requested in the RFQ. Failure to provide any of the requested information or documents may cause your offer to not be considered for award. This award will serve as a Standing Quote Agreement not to exceed $100K.
