This combined a combined synopsis/solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government reserves the right to award any or all line items based on funds availability. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments or other pertinent information. This solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number: F2C1AS8135A002. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-20, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 2007-0906, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0823. This acquisition is a small business set aside under NAICS code 333314 and small business size standard of 500 employees. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)- Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
