Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information include in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote Number/Reference Number is: OM-CNCS-08-BL0002. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 effective April 22, 2008.
