Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Informative Graphics for the following service and equipment: #001 BOM#: PROD_AMS_003-Net-IT Enterprise (.net) Unlimited, Documents. The vendor will email a web site location and serial number from which the released product is downloaded. #002 Net-IT Enterprise (.net) Limited Documents #003 Maintenance for Net-it Enterprise (.Net) 20% All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Informative Graphics should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. No equivalents accepted. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within five (5) business days of the date of publication of this synopsis. All quotes shall include: Price(s): FOB point: Point of Contact (name and telephone number); GSA Contract Number if applicable; delivery date; business size; payment terms; Taxpayer Identification Number; Dunn & Bradstreet number: Any responses can be sent electronically to the following addresses: Edwina.a.wilkins@irs.gov in addition, responses can also be sent by facsimile to (202) 283-4429. Facsimile responses must contain signatures, and be received by the time specified in the synopsis, and may not exceed 10 pages. All questions must be submitted in writing. All responses must reference this number Q-8-QR-01-B1-F98-000. If a response is received that meets the Government’s requirement, and an analysis of both technical and pricing documentation indicates that a competitive acquisition would be more advantageous to the Government, a formal solicitation may be issued. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. Requests for the same will be considered non-responsive. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to Informative Graphics.
