- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following five (5) items: Vendor Fluke Biomedical part number 2246985, Non-Invasive Blood Pressure Analyzer, Quantity = 1. Essential characteristics: Dynamic oscillometric non-invasive blood pressure simulation, Automated static pressure measurements, leakage testing and relief valve testing, 5 Internal NIBP testing autosequences, 5 Arrhythmia selections, Adult and neonatal NIBP selections, Adjustable heart rate values, Compatible with medTester 5000C NIBP autosequence module and Graphical display showing pulse envelope; 2649769, Electrosurgical Analyzer, Quantity = 5. Essential characteristics: Monophasic, biphasic and pulsed-biphasic energy measurement, first class measurement accuracy, easy to sue menu, internal dual purpose non-inducive testload, Isolated outputs for better measurements and low noise ECG simulation, Both domestic and international certifications, Protection of pacer input against accidental application of defibrillator output, Internal high-capacity NiMH battery; 2631290 Patient Simulator, Quantity = 5. Essential characteristics: Fingersense technology with comprehensive probe and electronics tests to fully analyze pulse oximeters and probes, user-definable makes, motion presets, player mode, Transmission Level Control (TLC) and computer commands. Items are to be shipped directly to Tobyhanna, PA 18466. This announcement constitutes solicitation number W81XWH-08-T-0242 by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
