Description
The Eglin Small Business Office and the Florida Procurement Technical Assistance Center are teaming up to offer small businesses an opportunity to participate in a vendor show to be held at the Eglin Officer's Club on 16 July 2008, Fort Walton Beach, FL. The purpose of the event is to highlight small business capabilities and allow government buyers, contracting officers, engineers, program managers, technical personnel, GPC cardholders, and others, the opportunity to visit with small business vendors in a focused environment. This is an opportunity for your small business to exhibit your capabilities to meet the Eglin mission. More information on Eglin's mission can be found at http://www.eglin.af.mil. Exhibition space is very limited and only small businesses registered in the CCR will be permitted to participate. Forty tables will be available at present. If additional tables become available, more exhibitors will be selected. The registration fee of $150 will provides a table, attendance for up to two people, advertising for the event, and food for exhibitors and attendees. If you are interested in participating, please complete the attached application and return it by e-mail to aac.sb@eglin.af.mil by COB 6 June 2008. Applications will be evaluated and selections will be made to ensure representation from various small business categories and capabilities that support the Eglin mission. Exhibition will be by invitation/selection only. AT THAT TIME YOUR REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE REQUIRED BY CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER-NO CREDIT CARDS. OUTSIDE ATTENDEES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ONLY GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL MAY ATTEND. You will be notified of your selection or non-selection by 25 June 2008. Participant selection decisions are at the sole discretion of the Small Business Office and are final.
