- NSN 6240-01-058-5061, Lamp, Incandescent in accordance with Carley, Cage 56665, Part Number 568, Grimes Aerospace Company, Cage 72914, Part Number 55-0887-3, Soderberg Manufacturing Company, Cage 78366, Part Number DS0298. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. Delivery is 46 days ARO. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Procurement was solicited as an unrestricted requirement utilizing Other Full and Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 865 boxes. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 216 boxes. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 25 February 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
