Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT IN THE BALTIMORE, MARYLAND AREA The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in market information on the potential of leasing approximately 38,502 rentable square feet (33,480 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet) of office and related space in the Baltimore, Maryland area. The Government currently occupies 38,502 rentable square feet of office and related space at Redwood Tower, 217 East Redwood Street in Baltimore, Maryland. GSA is evaluating a lease renewal option at the existing location but will consider relocation if it proves economically advantageous. The Government will consider the cost of moving, necessary alterations at a new location, occupant agency mission requirements and disruption to occupant agency mission, among other items, in determining if relocation is economically advantageous. Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: North: Baltimore Street South: Pratt Street East: Gay Street West: Charles Street Expressions of interest for this office space shall include the following information: 1. Building name and address, 2. Rentable Square Feet, 3. Full-serviced rental rate per Rentable Square Foot, 4. ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet, and 5. Full-serviced rental rate per ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Foot.
