- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Tallahassee, Florida intends to issue solicitation RFQ31402-034-8 for the requirement of: Quarterly Bread Requirements. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination. Delivery dates will begin July 1, 2008 through September 30, 2008 (See delivery schedule in solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Warehouse, 501 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, Florida 32301. The contract type is firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make a formal single award or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 28, 2008 and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at: http//www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, includingsolicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 9, 2008. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer(EFT). Each offer is required by FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http//orca.bpn.gov.
