- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services in Marquette, Michigan. The contractor must provide a physical location from where all required services can be provided no further than 5 miles from the Residential Reentry Center located at 106 Coles Drive, Marquette, Michigan 49855. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on November 1, 2008 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on October 31, 2013. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 10: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 1 inmates = 1 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit), 48 units (per inmate) x 10 = 480 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 10 = 720 units; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 16 units (per inmate) x 1 = 16 units; Family Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 16 units (per inmate) x 1 =16 units; Mental Health (MH) Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 1 inmate; Individual MH Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x1 = 48 units; Group MH Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 1 = 72 units; Therapeutic Community Treatment 180 days (per inmate) x 1 = 180 days; Short-term Residential Treatment 90 days (per inmate) x 1 = 90 days; Intensive Outpatient Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 24 units (per inmate) x 1 = 24 units; Medication Monitoring 1 unit per inmate for 1 inmates = 1 unit; Psychological Evaluation and Report (one per inmate) for 1 inmate = 1 Evaluation; Psychological Testing and Report (one per inmate) for 1 inmate = 1 Report; Psychiatric Evaluation and Report (one per inmate) for 1 inmate = 1 Report; Pyschotropic Medication as prescribed per inmate for 1 inmate = 1 unit.
