- BSM PR 0017690703. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1615-01-135-1442, Piston Assy IAW Sikorsky Helicopter (CAGE 78286) P/N 65664-11175-041. Approved sources are S&L Metal Products (CAGE 05722) and Precision Gear (CAGE 21540). FOB Destination. This item is a Navy Critical Safety Item as of May 22, 2008. This is a stock buy. Origin inspection is required. Requested delivery is 444 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. Critical Application Item and Configuration Control apply. Government first Article and Production Lot testing apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is June 9, 2008.
