Description

This is a DRAFT Request for Proposals (RFP) which is solely intended for industry feedback (DO NOT submit a proposal for this solicitation). Also, due to the nature of this enduring service over an extended period of time, the Government may structure the RFP as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract rather than a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Contractor feedback is requested on this possible IDIQ strategy. Please provide comments/question about this RFP and PWS not later than 27 May 08. The government anticipates posting the final RFP on or about 1 Jun 08.
