Description
GUARDRAIL EPROM circuit card assembly build - CECOM/ GUARDRAIL weapon system teams plans to enter into an agreement to build 50 each of part number A3206845-8, NSN 5998-01-557-4547, EPROM circuit card assembly. The current EPROM Circuit Card Assemblies, NSNs 5998-10-154851-1 through 5998-10-154851-4 are obsolete and unavailability of components necessitates a suitable replacement. NSN 5998-01-557-4547 was the result of a Research and Development effort which maintained the form, fit and function of the original card, but replaces 4 CCAs with 1 CCA. This build would be a follow-on to build the EPROM CCA which resulted from the previous Research and Development effort. The USG does not have drawings for the equipment. This equipment was contains proprietary data that is only the property of the Original Equipment Manufacturer. A list of the equipment is available on request. All interested parties considering submission in support of this request for technical support should submit a white paper no greater than 10 pages in length and should include at a minimum the following information: 1) Provide evidence of the contractors facilities and experience with building the above mentioned circuit card. 2) Provide evidence of past performance on similar projects in support of the requested work. 3) The contractor must show knowledge of the GUARDRAIL weapon system and past history with build of items in support of the equipment for that system. This documentation may be mailed to US Army, Commander CECOM, AMSEL-LC-IEWS-R-GR, Building 1201W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5211 to the attention of Andrea Battaglia. Documentation may also be sent to electronic address Andrea.battaglia1@us.army.mil. To be considered as part of the market research database, documentation should be received no later than 06 June 2008. No phone inquire will be accepted either as a response to this action or for information or questions prior to submission of your response. All requests for information must be in writing to the addresses above. EMAIL ADDRESS: Andrea.battaglia1@us.army.mil DESC:CECOM POC Andrea Battaglia
