SOLICITATION NUMBER: W67K3D-8140-0906 QUOTE DUE DATE: 27 May 2008 POC: Linda Duvall, Contracting Officer, (801)523-4091 DESCRIPTION: This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are hereby requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 339999, size standard is 500 Employees. REQUIREMENT: AlphaSorb or Equivalent Customized Fabric Wrapped Wall 1 Inch Square Panels. Strong sound absorbing performance and durable, to be used for sound reduction and reverberation control, sound absorption rating of NRC 0.80 to 1.05, Class 1 Fire Rating. If quoting other than brand specified, descriptive literature/specifications must be submitted with your quote. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be Firm-Fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors in no order of importance: (1) quality of product being offered; (2) offerors capability of meeting the Government requirement; (3) past performance, caliber of offerors performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; (4) delivery date (30 days after receipt of award); and (5) total cost and/or price.
