- Description
- The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 4,275 usable square feet of contiguous office space. This space requires adequate parking for the 17 employees and 7 clients and must be proximate to public transportation. The lease term requirement is for seven years (7). The space must be available for occupancy no later than September 1, 2008. The delineated area is: West: John Kilpatrick Turnpike, North: John Kilpatrick Turnpike; East: Interstate 35; South: Interstate 40. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Date of space availability. Method of rentable space measurement. Building Ownership Information. List of building services provided. The following is a partial list of unique requirements for this space: Ceiling height shall be 8 feet or higher, 9 feet ceilings are preferable. Space shall have open areas where columns and other obstructions do not hinder efficient space layouts and office workflow, Parking must be barrier free to allow for large vehicles. Preference will be given to 1st floor space.
