- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 30,359 rentable square feet in Chicago, Illinois within the following delineated area: North – W. Illinois; South – Congress Parkway; East – Michigan Avenue; West – Clinton Street. The space must be able to yield a minimum of 23,999 to a maximum of 26,399 BOMA Office Area square feet (BOASF). Parking requirements are as follows: 3 reserved spaces within two (2) blocks of the building. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years with ten (10) years firm and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2009. All space offered can be contiguous on one floor or two floors (must have at least 20,000 BOASF on one floor) and the use of space shall be office. The tenant shall not occupy building with other law enforcement agency tenants. Tenant must maintain complete access control to their premise. Space must be located in a commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire and life safety and handicapped accessibility.
