Description
The U.S. Marine Corps is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to determine availability of Foreign Comparative Test (FCT) Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Combat Identification Training Systems (CITS) that accomplish/possess the following specifics/capabilities: 1. Provide recognition, combat identification, intelligence, infrared, night vision, radar and electronic warfare training for air, land and sea weapons platforms. 2. Provide explosive ordinance device recognition training. 3. Provide periscope and gun sight training. 4. Provide an extensive library of air, land, sea and ordinance weapons platforms representing both coalition partners and threat forces. Library includes 2-D & 3-D models, photos, IR and Night Vision images, as well as live video footage of vehicles and ordinance. 5. Provide manipulation of 3-D vehicle/ordinance models. 6. Provide ability to add weather features to interactive models. 7. System uses interactive Computer Based Training (CBT)and has a built in Learning Management System (LMS). 8. System is web enabled 9. System can create SCORM compliant tutorials and tests. 10. System can be used in student/instructor led modes, in standalone or networked classroom settings. 11. System is deployable and self-contained in a single laptop. 12. System is user updateable.
