- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Philadelphia Office intends to competitively procure for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment purchase, installation, training, and maintenance for the following locations:Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan, Naval Hospital Guam, Marianas Islands, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), Virginia, USA, Naval Branch Health Clinic, Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia, USA, NMCP Substance Abuse and Recovery Program, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Virginia, USA, NMCP Substance Abuse and Recovery Program, Naval Air Station Oceans, Virginia, USA, Navy Mobilization Processing Station, Naval Base Norfolk, Virginia, USA, Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Florida, USA, Naval Branch Health Clinic Atlanta, Georgia, USA, Naval Branch Health Clinic Athens, Georgia, USA, Naval Branch Health Clinic Albany, Georgia, USA, Naval Branch Health Clinic Kings By, Georgia, USA, Naval Branch Health Clinic Key West, Florida, USA, Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, USA (Deployment Health Clinic, Mental Health Department, and Brig), Naval Hospital Naples, Italy, Naval Branch Health Clinic, Gaeta, Italy, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland, USA, Naval Branch Health Clinic Albany, Georgia, USA, Naval Health Clinic Quantico, Virginia, USA, Naval Branch Health Clinic Dahlgren, Virginia, USA. The proposed contract will cover the VTC equipment to be purchased from the vendor for the primary purpose of telemental health services. It is intended to acquire full maintenance services including preventative maintenance, remedial maintenance, and software updates on existing software and direct remote access. The term Updates means a modification made by the Company of the Software licensed to the Customer. Updates shall not include any new Releases, Software modules, options or future products. The 1st year is to install the VTC equipment and provide support and maintenance, while the 4 option years will encompass continued support and maintenance. The Period of Performance is from 01 September 2008 through 31 August 2013, if all options are exercised. A fixed price contract will be issued, and conducted in accordance with FAR 12 for Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Test Program Procedures for SAP Commercial Items. When the solicitation is completed, it will be made available electronically and posted to www.neco.navy.mil. The applicable NADICS code is 561499.
