This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SA7042-08-Q-0018 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This procurement is set aside for small business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-19. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333293 business size standard is 500. Daps Jacksonville intends to purchase on a full and open competitive basis the following line items: 12 EACH BOTSTICH DELUXE STITCHING MACHINES MODEL M30 (BRAND OR EQUIVALENT) HEAVY DUTY PAPER STICHERS WITH SINGLE-HEAD FREE-STANDING STITCHERS TO INCLUDE: A stitch capacity from 2 sheets up to 1-1/4" (32mm) standard Stitcher with the ability to run flat, saddle or corner stiched jobs Stab stitch capability up to 2" (51mm) Please price with or without Loop Stitch NOTE: Stitchers will be shipped to 12 different addresses in the United States.
