Description: The purpose of this modification is to add the requirement of a 1-day training for the butt fusing machine in line item #23 and to provide additional information on items #1-5. 24. Provide a 1-day training, to the park, in the use and operation of the butt fusing machine (requested in item number 23). Items #1,2, & 3 (Clow Resilient Wedge Valves): end connections are FLANGED ENDS. Items #4 & 5 (Cla-Valve Hytrol Pressure Reducing Valves): pattern requirement is GLOBE PATTERN. All else remains unchanged and in effect.
