Description

The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia- Construction & Equipment Directorate intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for NSN 4510-01-409-0139 ( P/N 2705/2735.) Portable Bath Unit U.S. Thermal Inc ( 012G6) Base Qty: 101 1st Incremental Qty 150 2nd Incremental Qty 200 3rd Incremental Qty 250 In accordance with Clause 52.217-9I09, notification with the intent to exercise the increase in quantity option. will be included in solicitation.Offerors that are not approved source must submit traceability documents indicating the material originated from the source listed on the procurement identification description. A delivery time of 90 days ADO by FOB destination is requested. The solicitation will be available to all interested parties on the Business System Modernization-DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Offers must submit their proposals to the Business Opportunities Office (BOO). The address for BOO will be located on the solicitation. This acquisition is subject to the requirements of the Trade Agreement Act of 1979 and Berry Amendment Act. Numbered notes 9, 13 and 23 applies.
