- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office, CT intents to award a sole source purchase order to Anritsu Company, for Anritsu Part# MS2724B Spectrum Analyzer, QTY: 1 EA Part# 61532 Antenna Kit, QTY: 1 EA Part# 760-243-R Case QTY: 1 EA. This purchase will be done under simplified acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) and other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. This purchase is a sole source due to the compatibility of the requirement with existing communication system. The anticipated award date is 14 May 2008; this notice is not a request for offers.
