- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Trapper Creek Job Corps Center located in Darby, MT 59829-5139. The mission of the Job Corps is to provide academic, vocational and life learning skills to youths at-risk. The Trapper Creek Job Corps Center seeks medical services for the students of Trapper Creek Civilian Conservation Center. This requirement is advertised in accordance with the Acquisition of Commercial Items, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. Set-aside Status, This is a 100% small business set-aside, however if the Government should receive adequate competition for this acquisition, this action will be restricted to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. For this action to be set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns offers must be received from two or more service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns; and all bids received must be at a fair market price. The performance period will be 365 days and will begin on Date of Award, with an option for four additional years. Prior to award the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code for this project is 621111 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. All responsible sources that meet the outlined criteria may submit a proposal. The Government plans to award a firm fixed price contract for a base period with 4 option years. A contract will be awarded with discussions resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors as outlined in the solicitation considered. Labor, services, transportation, insurance, permits and license/certifications and all other materials as required by the state of Montana and the Department of Labor will be provided by the Contractor to complete the work as described (except for Government-furnished property or facilities as outlined in the solicitation.) The solicitation will be posted to this website-FedBizOpps-for downloading and will provide all necessary information for offerors to prepare and submit a proposal. Responses to the solicitation must be received by close of business, as indicated in the solicitation. Fax and e-mail responses will be accepted.
