Description
MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE Cable Television Service FMC Devens The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. A solicitation is not available at this time. The Federal Medical Center Devens located in Ayer, Massachusetts is requesting information on a one year service contract with four option years for cable television service connected to the existing institution wiring. The institution currently has 72 outlets located in various parts of the institution. The contractor will be responsible for providing additional units or outlets in the future if needed. If additional units are needed, payment will be adjusted to reflect an increase. The contractor must be able to provide 24-hour availability at no cost. Institution staff will have a phone number or pager number which allows access to a service technician. The contractor will ensure that all licenses and agreements which are necessary to provide these programming services are obtained prior to providing services. Please answer the following questions: 1. Can your firm provide cable television service to the institution as required as either a prime contractor or a subcontractor? 2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 515210, which sets the small business size standard at $13,500,000.00 annual revenues or less (At or below $13,500,000.00 is considered small, above $13,500,000.00 is considered large).
