- THIS REQUIREMENT IS LIMITED TO 100% SMALL BUSINESSES. The 42d Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, is synopsizing a requirement to provide all labor, transportation, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Ambulance Service and Paramedic Day-Truck Support, for Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, AL. The period of performance will include a base period of 1 Oct 08 through 30 Sept 09, and 4 one-year options. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. This is expected to be a Firm-Fixed Price. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 621910 and the small business size standard is $6,5000,000. The solicitation, including the Performance Work Statement, will be available on the FedBizOps (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov in the near future. Paper copies of the RFP will not be available; you may download the RFP and submit your proposal as required. Once the finalized RFP is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All offerors responding to the RFP must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov, the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database at http://www.wawf.eb.mil and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov. Offerors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration are ineligible for award.
