- Description for Presolicitation Notice for VA-256-08-RP-0204 Valet Parking Services: Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside. This is a commercial requirement item acquisition conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Joint Ambulatory Care Clinic (JACC) 790 Veterans Ave, Pensacola, Fl intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for Valet Parking Services in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation herein. The contract shall be 100% Set-Aside for a Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business in accordance with Public Law 109-461, effective June 20, 2007, NAICS Code 812930, Size Standard $6.5 million. The electronic solicitation may be downloaded on http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The offeror is responsible for downloading all amendments and other documents from the FBO website without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Gulf Coast Health Care System, Biloxi, MS. All questions must be submitted in writing to the following email address: kim.shelton@va.gov or fax your request to Kim D. Shelton, Contract Specialist at 228-523-4324 or William Geary at 228-523-5178. The RFP will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under Department of Veterans Affairs on or around Jun 6, 2008. Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of the RFP in lieu of requesting a paper copy. All requests must include the RFP number, requestor's name, address, phone number, fax number, and an email address. By submitting a proposal, the Offeror acknowledges the Government requirement to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract or purchase order. Information about CCR registration may be found at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
