Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST - National Security Technologies (NSTec) is seeking a Subcontractor that shall provide professional, skilled subject matter experts that can provide services on a task order basis related to defined benefit and defined contribution plan administration, research and analysis, actuarial support, and investment consulting in compliance with NSTec's contract with DOE and all other applicable laws and regulations governing retirement plans. See the attached Draft Statement of Work, tasks and sample consideration schedule describing the requirement. Please note that attached are drafts and that the RFP will be the governing document. To be considered to receive a copy of the RFP when issued, Potential Offerors shall provide a Project Summary that demonstrates how the Offeror will provide the personnel who possess the necessary experience and skills required to support the statement of work. The Award will be based on Best Value. Responses are due by May 16, 2008. Please respond via email.
