The Department of Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, National Naval Medical Center, Acquisition Management Service, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with PROMEGA CORPORATION DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT OF ISSUE E8391 MODULUS 1 EA MICROPLATE ABSORBANCE MODULE E8910 MODULUS 1 EA MICROPLATE LUMINOMETER UHS E8911 MOD MICROPLATE 1 EA FLUOROMETE & LUMINOMETER E8914 MOD MICROPLATE 1 EA DUAL INFECTOR SYSTEM SHIPPING AND HANDLING 1 EA The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325414. This acquisition will be under the authority of Section 4202 Clinger Cohen Act of 1996, as set forth in FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
