Description

(Each task order under this contract will describe a job and request a replywith the number of hours necessary to perform the job. If the task order requires attendance at a scoping meeting, then that time should be included in the number of hours a contractor bids for that job). (If a contractor charges a different amount for telephone meetings than for writing and editing, please include that pricing in the solicitation response. (NIST will not be able to pay travel costs to and from NIST for the winningbidder. That cost will be borne by the contractor as a cost of business). (If a given task requires too many site visits to make the project cost effective for the contractor, the contractor is under no obligation to bid on that task order.)
