- Justification for Other than Full and Open CompetitionDepartment of Veterans Affairs Medical Center The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7 AUGUSTA, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with Envisioneering Medical to provide a TargetScan Ultrasound System with stille sonesta urology chair w/leg braces. This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing this equipment to the Contracting Officer via e-mail or fax 478-274-5866. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
