Description

The U. S. Geological Survey, intends to make a noncompetitive award to Teledyne ISCO Inc., 4700 Superior Street, Lincoln, NE 68501 for 3700 Full Size Portable Sampler, 2150 Area Velocity Flow Module, Isco 2110 Ultrasonic Flow Module,and 2105 Interface Module to be delivered to USGS IL-WSC, 1201 W. University Ave, Urbana, IL 61801 by May 15, 2008. No option periods included. Teledyne ISCO Inc. is the only known source for this requirement because they are the sole manufacturer of this sampler. Due to the need for compatibility with existing data logging equipment, Teledyne is the only company that can satisfy the government's requirements. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFOREMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Other interested concerns having the ability to furnish this item shall submit a capabilities statement to the Contract Specialist no later than the closing date of this announcement. The NAICS code is 441120 The anticipated award date of the contract is 05/07/2008. A vendor must register at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract. See Numbered Note 22.
