- Manometer, Capillary; NSN: 6685-01-292-5248; PN 5-45-5006; and in support of M17A3 Lightweight Decontamination Apparatus, NSN 4230-01-346-3122, PN 5-45-5299-40. First Article Test and Report is required. Resultant award is anticipated as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with five Ordering Periods. Guaranteed minimum order quantity is 25 each. Estimated issue date by 30 May 2008. FOB is Destination to Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This solicitation will be issued electronically, as will any amendments thereto, in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Any interested parties are advised to periodically access the above listed internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. All or part of this action is a FY 08 requirement. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. Distribution Statement X and Export Control Warning are applicable to this items Technical Data Package (TDP). Distribution is authorized to US government organizations and private individuals or enterprises eligible to obtain export-controlled technical data in accordance with DoD Directive 5230.25. Technical data can only be distributed to contractors who have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement on file with Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS).
