- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-01-553-6515, 0017041544, Fitting, Structural. Sources listed in AMPL are The Boeing Company Cage: 76301 and Northrop Grumman Cage: 76823. This is a Firm Fixed quantity buy for a base of 27 each no quantity option. It is the Governments intent to award this requirement to The Boeing Company. Letter solicitation issue date is May 20, 2008 and the solicitation closing date is June 20, 2008. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition under the negotiation method. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
