- This requirement is for a definite quantity firm fixed price contract for NSN 5995-01-289-1984, “Tensioner, Cable”, requirement document 0018022841, and approved source of supply: Honeywell International Inc. (96774). Destination inspection required, FOB Destination; DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Total quantity is 97 pieces. Line item 0001 for 34 each, required delivery 150 days ARO to Tracy, CA and Line item 0002 for 63 each, required delivery 150 days ARO to New Cumberland, PA. Requirement solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" as we have only one approved source and unrestricted. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). ABVS applies- The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF).
