Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source contract to Putnam-Northern Westchester BOCES, 200 Boces Dr, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598-4321, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Others Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to acquire Special Education services for students enrolled at West Point Elementary School and West Point Middle School. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. Capability statement must be received by the response date and time of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 and 15. See uploaded Statement of Work for a description of the requirement.
