- Tasks 1.Detailed Rules Review against Policy - Policy represented in the current URGWOM RiverWare ruleset used with both the Water Operations and Planning modules of URGWOM must be reviewed in detail against actual policy in the basin. Flowcharts must be developed to depict the details of the policy at each dam as represented in the ruleset. A presentation must be prepared for a workshop to be conducted with the URGWOM Tech Team to evaluate the policy against actual policy. Findings must be documented in a report to the Team. Findings may include aspects of policy that may be flexible and could be modified to better meet all the needs in the basin.2.Update Ruleset Documentation and Set Up Links in RiverWare - The new capability for setting up links in RiverWare with external rules documentation must be utilized to setup references to the current draft documentation for the URGWOM ruleset, and the documentation must be updated as changes are made to the ruleset including all the pending changes for incorporating the Middle Valley Rework into URGWOM.3.Technical Team Meeting Participation - Monthly URGWOM Technical Team meetings must be attended to provide updates on completed work and coordinate tasks with the Team. Meeting notes must be prepared for Reclamation to document this coordination and provide a summary of the entire discussion from each meeting. Submittals from other Team members must also be reviewed as part of this task.4.Update Loss Coefficients - The documented methodology for computing loss coefficients for reaches of the river represented in the Pecos River RiverWare model that was developed in collaboration with the Interstate Stream Commission (ISC) must be used for an updated analysis that includes data from 2000 to the present.5.Update Side Inflows and Climate Data - The documented methodology used for determining historical side inflows to the Pecos River as added to the Pecos River RiverWare model at nodes designated by the location of USGS gages must be utilized to update the record with side inflows from 2000 through the present.6.Update Model Documentation - The Pecos River RiverWare Model Report that was last updated in September 2005 must be updated to reflect all the changes to the model since the last update and be enhanced as possible to improve the write-up.7.Assist Reclamation with the migration from Solaris RiverWare / HDB to Windows RiverWare / Linux HDB by creating and implementing new Direct Connection DMIs in the current and future versions versions of RiverWare/URGWOM.
