Unrrestricted Procurement. Critical Application Item; Configuration Control Applies; Part numbered Item. Technical Data Packages are not available at DSCR. Requirement is for 141 pieces and a 100% quantity option. Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
