Description

Note: Please see attachment to view this combined synopsis/solicitation in its entirety. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-08-Q-3FAJ76 applies and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is open to small businesses only. The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16. The NAICS code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. Quotes are to arrive no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) April 28, 2008. Faxed quotations will be accepted at (757) 628-4676. Quotations sent via the U.S. Postal Service or hand delivered should be sent to: Commanding Officer, USCG MLCA Atlantic, ATTN: Monique Swinson (vpl-1), 300 E. Main Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA 23510. This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The anticipated award date is on or about April 30, 2008. The government intends to award from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation provides the best value.
