- The following advertisement for approximately 17,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet in Rockville, Maryland, which was posted on February 25, 2008 (Solicitation Number GS-P-11-08-YE-5004), is hereby withdrawn. CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), NB CB Richard Ellis, Inc., 8270 Greensboro Drive, Suite 620, McLean, VA, 22102 DESCRIPTION: The Government is seeking to enter into a full service lease for approximately 18,700 contiguous rentable square feet, with a yield of 17,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, commencing February 1, 2009 for a ten (10) year term with termination rights after 5 years. The requirement is for general office space for document storage and related space. Approximately 14,000 rentable square feet of the space is for document storage and must contain at least 16 foot high clear ceilings. The Government is considering buildings in the following delineated area in Rockville, Maryland: North: Redland Road to Crabbs Branch Way East: Crabbs Branch Way to East Gude Drive South: East Gude Drive to Frederick Road (MD Route 355) West: Frederick Road (MD Route 355) to Redlands Road The Government will require a Tenant Improvement Allowance of $20.00 per ANSI/BOMA office area square foot, and parking must be available for use by Government Employees. All location considerations must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m., March 11, 2008 and must include the following information: -Building name and address; - Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot (fully serviced); - Schedule for occupancy date; - Floor plans of offered space; - Building ownership information; and - Amount of parking available on-site.
