Description

This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation. Solicitation number / RFQ N00244-08-T-0330 applies. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 and DFAR Change Notices effective through 12/13/00.! The agency need: UPGRADE THE PRISONER NETWORK (PER STATEMENT OF WORK: All items are to be Ship to: NAVAL CONSOLIDATED BRIG MIRAMAN 46141 MIRAMAR WAY, SUITE 1 SAN DIEGO CA 92145-5499 ATTN: JOSEPH DEEN (858) 577-7136 Delivery Schedule is five days ARO. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Paragraph (b)(5): Offers shall provide an express warranty which at a minimum shall be the same warranty terms, including offers of extended warranties, offered to the general public.
