- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease for the Department of Justice / Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms approximately 18,354 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield approximately 15,960 ANSI / BOMA square feet of contiguous office space in Bellevue, Washington along with 10 secure inside parking spaces. Buildings offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern office-type building. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Occupancy is desired for August 1, 2008. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm DELINEATED AREA: North: Intersection of NE 100th Street in Kirkland and I-405 South: Intersection of State Route 900 and I-405 East: of I-405 West: of I-90 Mile Marker 32 All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be received by April 30, 2008.
