PR number IQC08077009015, Tool assembly, 4933-00-718-5892 used on the M48.50 caliber machine gun. Configuration controlled drawings relating to the procurement described are available. Solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. Competition is full and open after exclusion of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min is 99 Ea, Min Order Qty 99, Estimated Annual demand Qty 396, Max Contract Qty per year is 792. Delivery: 72 days ARO. Ship to stock locations in the Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is May 01, 2008 and the closing date is June 02, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. Beginning on Monday, September 24, 2007, technical data for Request for Proposals (RFPs) created on or after September 24, 2007, will be available for access and download by prospective bidders and contract awardees via cFolders. Vendors requesting technical data for RFPs that were created prior to September 24, 2007 must follow the guidance at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Notices/msgdspl.asp?MsgId=71 The technical data may be accessed in the same manner as technical data for Request for Quotations (RFQs). Vendors may either click on the Tech Docs icon next to the solicitation number on the DIBBS RFP/IFB screen or they may log directly into cFolders and then search for specific solicitations. Once into cFolders, vendors will use the same navigation procedures that are currently used to access Request for Quotation (RFQ) technical data. The same guidelines that apply to accessing restricted technical data for RFQ technical data will also apply when accessing RFP technical data.
