Description

This is a modification to Pre-solicitation Notice, Posted Date 17 December 2007, Solicitation No. 08HQSS0017 for Flight Operations Team (FOT) for the Earth Science Observation Science (EROS) Center. The RFP and all applicable attachments can be found at the following URL... http://www.usgs.gov/contracts/acq_opp/EROS_fot_index.html The RFP states the deadline for the submission of questions and proposal submission. Details may be viewed on the above URL. All responsible sources who have a valid Dun and Bradstreet Number may submit a proposal. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register by going to www.ccr.gov. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be Cost Plus Fixed Fee with a five year base period and five one-year option periods. The anticipated start date is 1 June 2008. This requirement is a full and open competitive procurement in accordance with FAR Part 15 for competitive acquisitions (See Note 26). The solicitation, all related documents and amendments, if any, will only be released and available electronically through the above URL. As such, no written, telephonic, facsimile or email requests for the solicitation package will be honored. Since this solicitation will only be available electronically, it is solely the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the website for any solicitation amendments. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer.
