- The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office is soliciting offers for the following project: Bradfield Rehab. The project consists of rehabilitation work at an existing BLM campground and Dolores River launch site. Awardee would furnish labor, equipment, and materials to remove two existing composting toilets and replacement of same with government furnished precast vault toilets. Additional work includes maintenance of existing gravelled surfaces, furnishing and placement of additional gravel for existing surfaced areas, painting of existing surface, furnishing and placing of rock barriers as specified and shown on the drawings. Work under this contract is located in Montezuma County, Colorado as shown on the work location map. The solicitation for this project will be advertised on this web site on/about April 29, 2008 and will remain accessible through May 27, 2008. Offerors are encouraged to register in Central Contractor Registration at web site http://www.ccr.gov and complete the representations and certifications on the same web site (ORCA). Offers will be accepted via fax at (970)244-3130 or via surface mail at USDI BLM, 2815 H Road, Grand Junction, CO 81506. Offers must be received no later than May 27, 2008 at 4:00 pm local time. This is a total small business set aside and is estimated below $100,000.00. A payment bond will be required from the successful awardee within 14 days of contract award.
