- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is HAQ081008; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-24. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541620. The Product Service Code (PSC) is F999. The Industry Size Standard is $6.5 Million. The Bureau of Land Management, Coos Bay District Office, is seeking qualified contractors to perform Marbled Murrelet Surveys in the Edson Butte Area in Curry County, Coos Bay District, Oregon. Services quoted must adhere to Statement of Work dated April 3, 2008, and be fully responsive to satisfy the needs of the Government. This procurement is for a fixed-price type contract with a base year and two option years. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
