Description
PR No: IQC08072009002. This solicitation will contain one NSN for 19F, F-15 Coupling, Clamp Grooved. Request for Proposal SPM4A5-08-R-0475 will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and one option year. The approved source is Eaton Aerospace, Cage 00624, P/N NH1003673-10. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 5342-00-124-5304, Base Year AEQ: 144 each, Option Year AEQ: 144 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, 150 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 25 Apr 08. The anticipated award date is 22 Jul 08. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
