- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. The NAICS code for this is 333512. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is equal to or less than 500 employees. This RFQ is being submitted as a restricted solicitation open to small businesses only. This is a commercial purchase. Quotes shall be brand name or equal and include product literature. The requirement is for (1) each Shopbot PRSalpha96 and accessories or equal. One each PRSalpha96, 96 x 0 x 8 inches, Manufacturer Item Number 10162 includes zer, prox kit, DST SKT PT wizard and Millwizard. 1 Each HSD Spindle 4HP 230V, 3 PH FLA 24, db 76, Manufacturer Item Numer 12542. 1 Each 16.9 HP Regen Blower 3PH, 208V, 13" @ 140CFM, 82dBa Manufacturer Item Number 14707. 1 Each assortment of router bits, 1 Each manufacturer Item Number 11105 ArtCAM Pro 9.0 3D Software (USB Port), 2 Each Manufacturer Item Number 17010 Training, 1 Each Control box, 1 Spindle domestic, 110V 1 Phase, 230V, 3 Phase PDF 000942-00, Manufacturer Item Number 10219 All equal products quoted should include appropriate product literature. Please include all warranties and discounts, as these will be evaluated along with delivery time, best value or pricing, and technical evaluation by the end user. Quotes should be in the following format: price for each line item independently, shipping methods and price and total price for all line items combined.
