- A firm fixed price requirements type contract: Basic with four options is contemplated. Item 0001: NSN: 4730007577349UC; Noun: Air Hose Connector; P/N: 4A99022-101A; Quantity: 50; Basic: 50 ea., Option 1: QTY 1-10 ea, Option 2: QTY 1-10 ea, Option 3: QTY 1-10 ea., Option 4 QTY 1-10 ea. Function: To procure spares for the C-5 Aircraft; Delivery will be on or before 180 days ARO. FOB origin applies. Delivery will be to Robins AFB. The estimated issue date for the solicitation to www.FedBizOpps.gov will be 24 April 2008 with an estimated response date by 27 May 2008, and an estimated award date by 10 June 2008 cage code 86831. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Justification: initial spares buy, supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and in addition the government does not own the data rights for the items being solicited. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
